It was incorporated in November of 2001 and conducts its business from its registered head office located in Porqueres, Spain. The company primarily sells meats which are prepared in many ways, such as fresh, steaks, stews, fondue, or as dried meat. It sells meats which are cured, by smoking, pickling, preserving in salt or brine; marinated and barbecued; and simply boiled, roasted, or fried. In addition, the company sells sandwich meats which include ham, pork, salami and other sausages, and beef, such as steak, roast beef, corned beef, and pastrami.
